Important Safety Reminders

Safety remains our top priority. Please stay away from all downed power lines and assume any line you encounter is energized and dangerous. Floodwaters can carry electrical currents, making standing water extremely hazardous. Report any safety concerns to our Member Support Center at 1-800-522-3793.

Additionally, never use a portable generator indoors due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Only use generators in well-ventilated areas and only when necessary to power essential equipment.
